The 2023 Permaculture Teacher Training will be taught by Jude Hobbs of Cascadia Permaculture, as a 7-day residential training at The Light Center near Baldwin City, Kansas. The course offers an opportunity for participants to follow a path toward Right Livelihood by qualifying to teach Permaculture Design. Learning to become an educator of permaculture is regenerative, empowering, and part of the permaculture solution. The Teacher Training is open to individuals that have previously taken a Permaculture Design Course and obtained their Permaculture Design Certification.

November 4th through 10th, 2023

Jude Hobbs is an internationally recognized Permaculture Instructor with 35 years’ experience in design and teaching. As an educator, she conveys her passion for permaculture by providing curricula developed to be accessible, inspiring, and information rich. Jude’s intention is to change the educational paradigm.

In this dynamic and interactive course, Jude offers teaching techniques encouraging ways to apply permaculture principles and strategies in a wide range of educational settings. Participants will build confidence by engaging in essential practice through preparing and co-teaching a variety of presentations.

Includes: Instruction, the e-book, Cascadia Permaculture Educator’s Guide by J. Hobbs and other course materials, lodging, and 3 nutritious meals daily.
