Dreher 4-H building at the Douglas County Fairgrounds.
The workshop will include making fruit into jam, pickling vegetables, fermenting vegetables, and fermenting kombucha. In addition to the live demonstrations and hands-on experience, you get to leave with preserved food, recipes, and a resource list – all for the ticket price of $30!
